We are delighted to be starting a new project at Atwood Road in Hammersmith, London. The project to the 3 storey house will involve:
- A loft conversion with a Juliet balcony overlooking the first floor terrace garden and ground floor garden
- Ground floor extension which will house the new high end Schuler kitchen
- Doors on the first floor to walk onto the roof terrace of the ground floor extension via a walk on glass roof light and decking
- Electrical rewiring of the entire property including CAT 5 cabling
- All joinery work done in house and on site
5 weeks into the project I am happy to say that the loft conversion is now fully water tight with all first fix electrical to the room and bathroom completed. First fix plumbing also completed. Building control have approved the insulation and all the structural works with no comments or issues. They have allowed us to proceed in finishing the room by means of fixing insulated plasterboard to ceilings and normal plasterboard to walls then to skim all walls and ceilings followed by final fix electrical and bathroom fit out. Whilst all this happening we have started electrical and plumbing throughout the property and anticipate this to be completed by week commencing the 13th February 2012. The project will be completed in its entirety within 7 weeks.
